This class is suitable for all levels—from beginners with a basic yoga foundation to experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice. You’ll be led through the sequence with a steady pace and clear verbal cues, focusing on breath (ujjayi), posture (asana), and gaze (drishti). Modifications and options are offered throughout, making the class accessible while staying true to the Ashtanga method. Expect a dynamic, breath-synchronized flow that builds strength, flexibility, and concentration. A great way to learn the structure of the Ashtanga system in a supportive group setting.
